These warming effects may be positive if you’re growing marginally hardy plants or you’re growing full sun plants in a part shade location. However, they can cause problems when reflected heat burns up plants, as can happen to plants placed around a swimming pool. Even sun lovers like cactuses can be burned by reflected light.
